Putin To Obama: Next Time Take The Bus To The Space Station

As sanction and Cold War 2 continue to escalate I don’ believe we are that far off from the point where Vladimir Putin actually tells President Obama to take a hike and to take a bus to the space station next time. Now, that would be sanctions.

If you are not aware, the US Government and NASA now pay the Russians to take Astronauts to the space station and back. Since 2011 and with no plans to relaunch its space program. Trust me, this is much more important than some fu#$ing Crimea. What was once a great space exploring nation is now paying our “enemies” to get us into space. It’s a sad state of affairs when instead of science and exploration we choose war.

NASA Budget: $16 Billion.
PENTAGON Budget: $682 Billion.

Enough said. “Put your sword back into its place, for all those who take the sword will die by the sword” – Some dude named Jesus.

  1. Dear Alex, I enjoy reading your comments about the markets and US economy, I share the same opinion. BUT..eve Putin himself doesn’t believe that Russia is so strong and cool like you think. USSR was stronger than Russia today and had several “vacations” in Budapest, Prague, Afghanistan..and the US response was the same like today (didn’t go to war with the Soviets). You know what happened to USSR, right? I can oppose almost every article here about Russia-USA with tons of facts but in my last sentence I said it all. Nevertheless, just keep doing the good work..about the markets 🙂

    1. Hi Bobby,

Thank you for your comment. Great stuff as always. I agree with you that USSSR was strong. In this particular case I am simply pointing that the US must spend more money on its space program and not military . 🙂

      1. Agree, “Star wars” dried up the Soviet economy. Anyway, the only way for Russia to seriously compete with the West is to become much more open and free society because only free people without any fear to criticize the government and the president could give a 100% of their capabilities. A scared people are almost useless. Look at Norway&Sweden on one side and North Korea on the other. If USA would start acting like Russia arresting all the bands who sings against the system(pussy riot) then 99% of the american bands should go to jail. At the end, there are much more Russians who wants to became USA&EU citizens than opposite. That’s the best indicator. So, the first step for Russia should be freedom of speech. The rest will follow.

        regards

  2. No, I believe that it plays right into Putin’s agenda. Dissidents are painted as fomenting trouble and violence is the consequence despite the “heroic efforts” of the Russian police and secret services.
